摘 要: 用XRD、IR和元素分析等方法研究确胺嘧啶(HSD)与碱(NaOH)和金属盐MA(1~2)(M=Ag+、Cu2+.Zn2+;A=NO_3 ̄-、CH3COO-、Cl,SO_4 ̄(2-)等)在室温下的固相反应(RTSPR):(Ⅰ)HSD+NaON;(Ⅱ)HSD+MA(1-2);(Ⅲ)HSD+NaOH+MA(1-2).结果表明(Ⅰ)和(Ⅲ)均发生了RThPR,而(Ⅱ)中只有铜盐能发生RTSPR,锌盐由反应(Ⅲ)所得的产物,其XRD和IR与相应的液相反应(LPR)产物有所不同,预示着RTSPR产物与LPR产物的配位方式有所不同. XRD, IR and elemental analysis were used to study solid phase reactions (RTSPR) ofsulfadiazine (HSD) at room temperature with base (NaOH) or metal salts MA (1~2)(M = Ag, Cu ̄(2+), Zn ̄(2+); A= NO_3 ̄-, CH_3COO ̄-, Cl ̄-,SO_4 ̄2- et al), under the followingcategorus (I ) HSD + NaOH, (Ⅱ ) HSD +MA(1-2), (Ⅲ ) HSD +NaOH +M(1-2). It wasfound that RTSPR's of (Ⅰ ) and (Ⅲ ) occured, but those of (Ⅱ ) did not occurexept for copper salts. The IR of the product of zinc salt by reaction (Ⅲ )was different from that by liquid phase reaction (LPR). This means that the coordination formsof the products by RTSPR and by LPR are different from each other.
