摘 要: 设计并实现了基于虚拟仪器的PHS手机自动化测试系统;该系统采用基于PXI总线的在线测试技术、基于Web Service的分布式测试技术、基于Visual Studio.Net的集成化测试技术、基于统计过程控制和数据挖掘的智能化测试技术,完成了PHS手机生产线上的关键测试工位和测试项目的自动化测试,实现了与生产管理系统的企业应用集成和远程维护功能,提出了基于虚拟仪器的自动化测试方案,给出了自动化测试系统功能模块和进一步扩展的系统框架,满足了PHS手机大规模量产的需要。 An automatic test system based on virtual instrument is designed for personal hand phone system. Online test technology based on PXI, distributed test technology based on web service, integrated test technology based on Visual Studio. Net and intelligent test technology based on statistic process analyses and data mining are adopted, accomplishing the key test process and items of PHS phone production line, achievinf the enterprise application integration with production management system and the remote maintenance, Automatic test project based on virtual instrument, the function modules and extended system framework are presented. The system can satisfy the requirements of handset mass production.
