摘　　要： 垄断、创新都时常被谈起。仔细深入分析一下,垄断与创新还存在着不可忽视的一些相同点与不同点。其相应的实例也存在之。在当前我国对外开放的环境中,针对外资企业中工作人员的经验与创新,如何联系实际进行网络化集成与系统组合。更好地达成创新与付之实践应用。然而由于存在外资企业垄断,我们不仅要采取相应的措施来达成创新,也要采取相应的措施来对创新进行保护。要发展经济,我们务必要意识到且做到。 We often talk about monopoly and innovation o If we analyse carefully and deeply , there is some sameness and difference between monopoly and innovation, which shouldn＂ t be ignored. There are many relative examples.In our opening environment, as to workers＂ experiences and innovation in foreign enterprise, we can collect them in the form of network and conbinate them systemically. So we can innovate them and make full use of them. However, since there is some monopoly of multinational enterprises , we should not only take measures to realize innovation but also take measures to protect our innovation If we want to develop economy ,it＇s necessary to realize this and take into action
