摘　　要： 上海合作组织正式成立5年来内部诸多的制约因素限制了其发展。成员国文化的差异和民族宗教冲突;中国与上海合作组织的其它国家了解和互信有限;成员国国内经济水平的制约;成员国之间的政治制度差异和经济联系不足,这些因素相互作用制约了上海合作组织的兴盛。 Some its own internal restrictive factors have set limits to the development of Shanghai Cooperation Organization since its establishment five years ago. First, the different cultures and different religions＇ conflicts among its membership countries; Second, the limited understanding and trust ; Third, the restraints of household economy in each membership country; Fourth, different political systems and inadequate economic connections. All above - mentioned factors contribute to hindering the expansion of Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
