摘 要: 目的:研究针灸对长时间进行运动训练的中长跑运动员(青少年)半程马拉松比赛后Th1与Th2特征自发性细胞因子γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)。白介素-10(IL-10),白介素-4(IL-4)基因表达的影响。方法:选取上海体育学院附属竞技学校18~22岁中长跑运动员6名,测试其在不训练、两次半程马拉松赛后4h、28h,外周血白细胞IFN-γ,IL-10,IL-4基因表达的变化,两次赛程间隔1个月,后一次比赛后给予针灸。结果:(1)两次赛后4h IFN-γmRNA表达比不训练时有显著下降(P〈0.05),赛后28h表达升高,经针灸干预的明显高于未经针灸干预的(P〈0.05),针灸组基本恢复至不训练时水平。(2)IL-10两次赛后4h mRNA表达比不训练时增高,赛后28h,未经针灸干预的mRNA表达升高。经针灸干预的mRNA表达下降,两组有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。(3)IL-4两次赛后4h mRNA表达比不训练时有显著下降(P〈0.05),赛后28h表达均升高,基本恢复至不训练时水平,经针灸干预的较未经针灸干预的略有增高,但变化无显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:本项研究显示免疫系统在强烈运动或耐力跑例如马拉松比赛后可以出现短暂的压抑,针灸干预的效果以IFN-γ、IL-10的mRNA表达反应明显,可使Th1/Th2免疫平衡向Th1方向漂移,表明针灸具有正向调节机体免疫的作用。 To explore the acupuncture effects on the T- helper1/T- helper2 type cytokine such as IFN -γ, IL- 10, IL- 4 mRNA expression in peripheral blood leucocytes of the medium - long distance athletes after half - marathon race. Methods: Six medium - long distance athletes aged 18 - 22 in affiliated school of Shang- hai University of sport were selected to take part in the test, and the T - helper1/T - helper2 type cytokine such as IFN -γ, IL - 10, IL - 4 mRNA expression in the athletes' peripheral leucocytes were determined respectively four and twenty - eight hours after the half-marathon race and the results was compared with what of without training. The test was taken two times separately for one month and in one of them the athletes were acupunctured. Results: (1) Compared with that of without training, the IFN -γ mRNA expression significantly decreased in that of four hours after the two race, then increased after twenty - eight hours of the race, meanwhile the expression in those acupunctured increased significantly and almost came back to the original level compared with those without acupuncture. (2) The IL - 10 mRNA expression increased in that of four hours after the two race compared with that of without training. On the other hand it increased in those non - acupunctured after twenty - eight hours, but oppositely decreased in that acupunctured. It had a significant difference for those acuptmctured compared with those non - acupunctured. (3)The IL- 4 mRNA expression went down significantly after the two race, and increased almost back to the original level after twenty - eight hours of the race. Although it increased slightly in those acupunctured compared with those without acupuncture, there was no significant change. Conclusion: Acupuncture has positive effects to the immunosuppressant induced by intensive - training such as half- marathon especially on the IFN - γ, IL - 10 mRNA expression, the balance of T - helper 1/T - helper2 have a excur- sion to T - helper1 aspect, the cell
