摘 要: 燃料的喷射、雾化是发动机燃烧的重要过程,它们最终要影响到发动机经济性能和排放性能。对于汽油机和柴油机,目前国内外已经进行了大量研究,而针对LPG直喷发动机的研究还不多。为此,依据LPG沸点低的特点,在FIRE8.42软件平台下采用瞬时蒸发模型对LPG缸内直接喷射发动机喷射、雾化过程进行仿真,得到LPG缸内直接喷射的油滴尺寸、温度以及油滴的贯穿距等参数的特性。 Fuel spray and evaporation which is the most important process of engine combustion is a crux of increasing dynamic and decreasing emission of engine. Most researches have been made for gasoline engine and diesel engine, but little for LPG engine. According to low boil temperature of LPG, the flash evaporation model was applied to simulate spray and evaporation in LPG direct injection engine, and find the parameters of drop sizes, temperature, gas fuel vapor mass fraction and so on.
