摘　　要： 文章认为,深化农村经济体制改革,推进农村经济发展,农村社区的基层干部需要变革型领导者来担当,而农村能人与变革型领导者有着许多相似的特征。因此,农村能人主政是加快传统型农村向现代化农村转变、增加农民收入的有效途径。 In order to deepen the reform of rural economic institution and promote the development of rural economy, transformational leaders should become basic leaders in the countryside. Country able person and transformational leaders share many similarities. Therefore, country able person being leaders is an efficient approach to accelerate the transform from traditional country to modem country and raise farmers＇ income.
