摘 要: 细叶结缕草Zoysia tenuifolia从常温下经逐日降温至1℃时,保持胁迫3 d,其叶绿素a/b值和类胡萝卜素以及可溶性蛋白质含量较常温时显著下降;而在常温时先用暖地型草坪绿叶生长剂处理,则显著抑制它们在低温时的下降。因此,处理比对照显著地提高了低温胁迫对叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素以及可溶性蛋白质的伤害。此外,处理还显著地增加了低温胁迫后恢复生长期的保护酶SOD、POD、CAT和APX的活性,显著减少质膜电解质渗透率和MDA的积累,从而有效地提高细叶结缕草的抗寒性。 When Zoysia tenuifolia was transferred from warm temperature(22-25 ℃)to 1 ℃ for 3 d, the ratio of chlorophyll a/b and contents of carotenoid and soluble protein were significantly reduced in the control than those under warm temperature; however, the pre-treated grasses with "green leaf growth reagent for warm-season turf" inhibited their reducing rates. The treatment significantly in- creased the ratio of chlorophyll a/b and the contents of carotenoid and soluble protein than control,increased the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX under low temperature,and also decreased the permeability of plasma lemma and MDA accumulation. The cold-tolerance of Z. tenuifolia was effectively improved.
