摘 要: 叙述了基于流体二维振动的超光滑表面加工技术的原理,并采用Ansys有限元分析软件对装置的动态特性进行了分析。通过分析获得了最佳的振动频率,为后续实验研究奠定了基础。 A novel polishing technique based on the two-dimension vibration of fluid is put forward to obtain ultra-smooth surface. The dynamic characteristic of the equipment is analyzed by ANSYS. The best frequencies are obtained by analyzing. It is helpful to experiment for the future.
