摘　　要： 在高职院校加强通识教育与专业教育的结合是教育的本质诉求,是高职院校科学发展的必然要求,也是顺应国际职业教育发展趋势的需要。高职院校应在“以人为本”的办学理念指导下,形成“通专”结合的高职教育观,确立人才培养目标并构建育人体系,探索在课堂中学习、在环境中熏陶、在生活中感悟的“通专”结合途径,形成“通专”结合的高职教育人才培养模式。 To strengthen the integration of general education with professional education in higher vocational institute is the essential appeal of education and the necessary requirement for the scientific development of higher vocational institute, as well as the demand of conforming the international vocational educational development tendency. Higher vocational institute should form the higher vocational educational outlook of integrating general education with profession, establish talent cultivation objective and construct cultivation system, explore the ways of integrating general education with profession featuring learning in class, edification in the environment and experiencing in life, and form the higher vocational educational talent cultivation model under thc guidance of the human-oriented school running concept.
