摘 要: 介绍了 DSP 控制器在基于 IRMCK201的高性能交流伺服系统平台上的应用,分析了交流伺服控制芯片 IRMCK201的内部功能模块及以 IRMCK201为核心组建的交流伺服控制系统,然后详细说明 DSP 在以 IRMCK201为核心的全数字交流伺服控制系统中的应用方案、工作原理和软件设计。实验结果表明此应用方案设计合理,稳定可靠,能使交流伺服控制系统获得十分良好的性能。 The paper introduces the application of DSP in high performance AC servo system based on IRMCK201. At first, briefly analyses the inner functional modules and AC servo system consisting of IRMCK201 as core is described. Then, illuminates project, principle and software design of DSP in AC servo system based on IRMCK201 in detail. It is proved that AC servo system based on IRMCK201 can achieve well performance and the system has good stability and credibility.
