摘　　要： 随着我国房地产的发展和城镇化进程的加快,兵团城镇商业地产有了长足的进步,成为新的投资热点。本文分析了兵团城镇商业地产的融资方式、融资现状、资金来源结构等突出问题,提出将短期战术融资与远期战略融资有机结合,为兵团城镇商业地产健康发展开辟科学有效的道路。 With the development of domestic real estate market at tion, commercial real estate in corps towns has already become new questions which involve the mode and the present state of finance, full speed and process propulsion ot urbanlzapopular investment spot. This paper studies the the resource and structure of the fund of commercial real estate in corps towns and so on, and promotes suitable operation mode for the financing of commercial real estate in crops towns to open up the effective and scientific way for the development of commercial real estate in corps towns.
