摘 要: 球磨机主轴承经常发生烧瓦,影响球磨机安全、稳定地运行。本文基于温度场的二维热传导理论,对某厂!3.2×13m球磨机滑动轴承温度场建立了有限元模型,并运用ANSYS软件对此球磨机滑动轴承的温度场进行了有限元计算分析。分析结果对于相关企业布置同类产品的轴瓦监测点及由此对轴瓦使用状况分析有很好的指导意义和实用价值。最后再经过在同类产品中的试验验证,充分证明了把温度作为球磨机在运行状态下的监测信息是切实可行的。 The burn of tile is often occurred in headstock of ball mill,this phenomenon will affect the function of ball mill safely and steadily.Based on two-dimension headed exchange theory of temperature field,this paper establishes a finite element model on temperature field in sliding bearing of ball mill,and does its finite element analysis by ANSYS.The analytical result plays an important role in the disposal of sensor and status of sliding bearing.It has a great directive significance and practical value for correlative enterprises or products.And it is feasible that temperature as the surveillant information by validating in the analogous products.
