摘 要: 为了给大岩桐产业化开发提供理论依据和技术支撑,以无菌苗大岩桐的分化芽为试材,用IBA浓度分别为0 mg/L、0.2 mg/L0、.4 mg/L0、.6 mg/L的1/2 MS培养基进行生根诱导比较。生根苗经过炼苗处理后,栽植于6种不同的混合基质中,比较生根苗的成活率。结果显示:当IBA浓度为0.4 mg/L时,大岩桐的生根率达100%,且根系健康粗壮;混合基质按腐质土∶椰糠∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶2进行配比,生根苗有98%的成活率,移栽苗的生长状况最好,是大岩桐试管苗移栽的合适基质。 To provide the basic theory and technical support for industrialization development of Sinningia speciosa, the sterile differentiation buds of Sinningia speciosa were treated by 4 different IBA concentrations to investigate the effect of roots inducement and the seedling with roots after the seedling culture stage were transplanted in 6 different mixed substrates to investigate the survival rate of seedlings with roots. The results show that the root rate of the sterile differentiation buds cultured on 1/2 MS medium with 0. 4 mg/L of IBA is up to 100~ and its root system is health and thickset, and the survival rate of seedlings with roots transplanted in the mixed substrates with humus soil 1: coconut husk 1 : perlite 2 is 98%, which indicates the mixed substrates is fit for transplant of seedling with roots.
