摘 要: 城市埋地钢制燃气管网的失效影响因素复杂,运行日久,加之城市建设的发展和人口密度的增加,给城市燃气管网的安全运行带来巨大的风险和压力。构建城市埋地钢制燃气管网风险评估体系,进而建立城市燃气管网的综合管理体制显得相当必要和紧迫。本文概述了国内外埋地钢制燃气管网风险评估研究的发展历程,分析了国内外燃气管网风险评估技术的现状,从技术和管理2个层面的8个层次提出了构建城市埋地钢制燃气管网风险评估体系的设想,从而实现燃气管网风险的动态管理,确保燃气管网长久安全可靠运行,以期使城市燃气管网的安全管理提高到一个新的高度。 Along with the urban fuel gasified and the project actualized to transport the natural gas from the west to the east,urban underground gas pipelines entered the saltant development period.The complicated invalidation factors of underground steeliness gas pipelines,the development of urban construction,and the increase of population density,brought enormous risk and pressure to the safety of urban gas pipelines.It is quite necessary and urgent to establish the risk assessment system of urban underground steeliness gas pipelines and the syn- thetically management system of urban gas pipelines;The development process of domestic and overseas researches about risk assessment of underground steeliness gas pipelines is summarized,the domestic and overseas situation of risk assessment technology of gas pipelines is analyzed,which provided the directional instruction for establish the risk assessment system of urban underground steeliness gas pipelines;The risk assessment system of urban underground steeliness gas pipelines is established from eight levels of technical and management,to achieve the dynamic management of the gas pipelines risk and to ensure gas pipelines operating safety and reliably in long time .Urban gas pipelines safety management will be improved to a new level by the popularization and application of the production of risk assessment system of urban underground steeliness gas pipelines.
