摘 要: 采用HPLC法测定了5'β-表鱼藤酮、5'α-表鱼藤酮、鱼藤酮经365nm紫外光照射后的降解率,降解动力学方程分别为Ct=57.066e-0.0537t、Ct=13.003e-0.1748t、Ct=9.0851e-0.3008t,其半衰期分别为12.9、4.0、2.3h。结果表明在相同时间内鱼藤酮的降解率最高,其次是5'α-表鱼藤酮,5'β-表鱼藤酮的降解率最低。 The degradation rate of 5'β-epirotenone, 5'α- epirotenone and rotenone was measured under the ultraviolet light of 365 nm by HPLC methods. Degradation kinetic equations of 5'β-epirotenone, 5'α-epirotenone and rotenone were Ct= 57.066e^-0.0537t, Ct= 13.003e^0.1748t, and Ct=9.0851e^-0.3008r, and their half lives were 12.9, 4.0, 2.3 h, respectively. Results indicated that the degradation rate of rotenone was highest, the rate of 5'β-epirotenone was lowest.
