摘　　要： 作为中国早期词学专科目录著作,《词录》是王国维迈入“文学时代”、顺利实现学术转型的第一批具体成果。这部词学目录与《人间词》、《人间词话》、《唐五代二十一家词辑》等书产生“协同”作用,形成了一个创作—理论—文献“三维一体”的词学体系,其学术价值集中体现在与《人间词》的词创作、《人间词话》的词学理论建构之间的互补上,真实反映了他对于“可爱”且“可信”的学术境界的追求与构拟,更凸现了其文化心态的转变。 As a Chinese early work of specialty catalog on ci theory, Cilu was one of the WANG Guo-wei＇s first batches of concrete achievements who had stepped into his literature era and who had also smoothly realized his academic transition. Cilu with other works of WANG Guo-wei which included Renjian ci, The notes and comments on ci theory of Renjian, and The compiled ci volumes of 21 poets who lived in the period of the Tang dynasty and the Five dynasties had made a coordinative effect and formed a integrity system of ci theory in three dimensions from his creation and theory to philology. Its academic value mainly manifested in supplementary connection between the creation of Renjian ci and the construction of ci theory system through The notes and comments on ci theory of Renjian, which had really reflected his academic pursuit,he wanted to construct a ＂lovable＂ and also ＂credible＂ academic realm ,and also further highlights on his transformation of cultural mind.
