摘 要: 提出一种由偏心减速机构、滤波花键机构及三向止推轴承组成的新型滤波减速器(专利号CN1699793A)。介绍该减速器的结构、传动原理及特点,并分析研究滤波花键机构啮合齿轮副,得出滤波花键机构渐开线齿廓不发生干涉、过渡曲线不发生干涉和齿顶圆与齿根圆不发生相碰的条件,计算出该滤波花键机构齿轮副的啮合效率。 Presented a new type of filtering gear reducer( China patent CN1699793A), which consists of eccentric reducing mechanism,filtering spline gear mechanism and threc-way antithrnst bearing,and its structure,theory and trains were introduced. After analyzed and researched the contact gear pair of filtering spline gear mechanism,the conditions that the involute profile avoid interference,the transition curve avoid interference,point circle didn't slash root circle were obtained. At last,the contact efficiency of the gear pair of filtering spline gear mechanism was calculated.
