摘　　要： 癸卯学制是我国第一个模仿西方的系统学制,它的指导思想是张之洞的中体西用论。张之洞徒袭西方近代教育制度之皮毛,力图将中国近代教育的普及和发展设防于纲常之屏障中,他那“永不悖经义”的教育思想,实质上是阻碍中国教育近代化的最后一道防线。 Kui-mao School System, practiced between 1903 to 1911 is the first school system imitated from the western in China,which guide ideology was Zhang Zhi-dong＇ s ideal of ＂western exploitation of Chinese system＂.
