摘 要: 茶叶浸提液分别用1%壳聚糖和D101大孔吸附树脂去杂后,用碱式碳酸铜沉淀得茶氨酸铜盐。茶氨酸铜盐用1mol/L硫酸解析,除去Cu2+和SO42-后,浓缩重结晶得到茶氨酸,提取率34%,纯度99.28%。 L - theanine was prepared from Chinese Tea by ion precipitation. Under the optimum conditions of soaking,the extractive was dealed with 1% chitosan and D101 nonpolar macroporous adsorption resin respectively and then was precipitated by Cu2 (OH)2CO3. After dissolving with 1 mol/L H2SO4, L- theanine was obtained by concentration and recrystallization. The yield of L - theanine was 34 % with purity of 99.28 %.
