摘 要: 本文通过对海外汉语教师所需的知识能力结构、东南亚汉语教师参加远程学习活动分析及参加远程教育存在的问题分析,论述了东南亚汉语教师远程教与学的模式及媒体选择原则。最后提出了媒体组合的三个观点;强调了教师的思想、教学设计和媒体使用方法是汉语教师远程教育目标实现的重要方面。 The paper analyses the required structure of knowledge and ability of overseas Chinese teachers,and the learning activity and problem of Chinese teachers who take part in distance education in Southeast Asia.Then the instructing and learning pattern and media choosing are discussed.The patterns include instruction for classroom,tutorship for self-study,individual study,discussion and assistance study,practice and case study.The principles of media choice are easy to obtain,convenient to use,and decided by different patterns.We believe that simpleness,interaction and system are three points of view in media combination.It's emphasized finally that teachers' thought,instructional design and the method of using media are important to reach the aim of distance education for overseas Chinese teachers.
