摘 要: 抽穗期施氮肥可提高小麦籽粒的全氮含量、总可溶性蛋白质量及游离态氨基酸与游离态赖氨酸量等。15N丰度的测定结果表明,籽粒发育过程中氮素积累的总量逐渐增多,但含氮量却逐渐减少;籽粒发育过程中前期阶段是氮素积累占主要地位,后期是光合产物积累的主要阶段。 Applying nitrogen fertilizer at heading stage could enhance contents of total nitrogen, total soluble protein, free amino acids and free lysine in wheat grains. The results of ^15N abundance analysis of grains showed that nitrogen accumulations were increased in number during the grain growth, but the N% was declined. All these indicated that the photosynthetic products were accumulated mainly at the late stage, while nitrogen was accumulated mainly at the heading stage.
