粘胶基活性炭纤维吸附甲苯废气后的水蒸气活化再生

摘  要: 采用自制的动态吸附、脱附装置,考察了粘胶基活性炭纤维吸附甲苯废气饱和后水蒸气活化再生时脱附温度、吸附气流速、甲苯质量浓度、吸附剂填充高度和循环使用次数对脱附效果的影响。结果表明,脱附温度、吸附气流速对脱附效果影响较大,最佳脱附温度为423~438K,最佳吸附气流速为0.3~0.4m/s;甲苯质量浓度、吸附剂填充高度和循环使用次数对脱附效果没有明显的影响。 Regeneration by water vapor of viscose rayon-based activated carbon fiber saturated with toluene was studied using a homemade dynamic adsorption-desorption apparatus. The factors affected desorption such as desorption temperature, adsorbate flow velocity, toluene concentration, the height of adsorbent column and recycle times were discussed. Test results showed that the optimum desorption temperature was in the range of 423-438 K and the adsorbate flow velocity was between 0.3-0.4 m/s. It was also observed that toluene concentration, column height and recycle times apparently had no significant effect on the regeneration within the range of test conditions. These data could be used as reference for selecting desorption process conditions in the commercial regeneration of activated carbon fiber.
