摘　　要： 马克思主义理论学科面临着职业倦怠和兴趣枯竭的双重危机,一级学科的设立有助于缓解这种危机,但克服危机最终有赖于学科发展的学术积累和推进,以及高度的学科自觉和力求学术之真的理论志气。 The discipline of Marxist theoriesare now in the face of a crisis in both profession weariness and interest exhaustion, which may be eased by the foundation/establishment/institution of first class discipline of Marxist theories. The ultimate solution of such a crisis, however, depends on the accumulation and development of the discipline/subject as well as a high degree of discipline consciousness and theoretical ambition to seek the academic truth.
