摘　　要： 氨基酸是动物体内的重要营养素之一，氨基酸影响机体胰岛素样生长因子I（IGF-I）、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白（IGFBP）、CCAAT增强子结合蛋白同源蛋白（CHOP）、天冬酰胺合成酶（AS）等的表达，从而来调整机体的氨基酸水平。 Amino acid is an important factor in general nutrition. Amino acid can influence the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1, insulin-like factor binding protein-l, CCAAT/enhancer binding protein homologous protein and asparagines synthetase to regulate the level of amino acid.
