摘　　要： 思想政治教育谈话是思想政治教育工作的常规方式。好的谈话促进谈话对象的思想进一步走向成长、成熟,可以降低社会管理成本,增进人际关系和解,达到构建和谐社会的目的。论文从谈话实施者的语言运用能力、情简能力、理论解释能力、客体心理阅读能力等角度探讨影响思想政治教育谈话和谐的因素。 The dialogizing is a normal method of ideaistic, political and moral education. The good dialogizing promotes the talking object to head for and grow further, can lower the society management cost, strengthening a social interaction to reach agreement, attaining a purpose of building up the harmonious society. The au- thor of this text argues the factors, such as the conversation carrier＇ s ability of language, Eq, the ability of explaining theories, the abinty of cognizing the talking object＇s psychology and mentality etc, are the key points which impact the dialog, and trying to testify his point of view.
