摘　　要： 研制了可加变化载荷的机械效率测试装置。该试验台由机械传动、加载、计算机载荷采集、处理及控制等部分组成。通过对175F-1型柴油机和BJ130型变速箱的动态机械效率试验,表明该试验台可很好地模拟实际载荷对农机具动态加载,实现了机具动态载荷下机械效率测试。 Measuring Device of mechanic efficiency with variable load is developed which is composed of mechanic transmission, loading device, data collector, treatment and controlling system. The experimental results show that it can fairly well simulate the practice load acting on machinery and realize mechanic efficiency measuring under dynamical loading by testing dynamical mechanic efficiency of 175F-1 diesel engines and BJ130 gear-box conveniently.
