摘 要: 以某保险公司的车险理赔客户服务流程为例,建立了一个离散事件系统仿真模型,并且分析了该系统客户服务资源,提出了改进系统结构和运行性能的建议。 A discrete event simulation model was built to illustrate the application of the quantitative analysis in the customer service resource allocation, taking the customer service of car insurance in a insurance company as an example. And some concrete suggestions were presented to improve the slaucture and the operating perfomance of the system.
