摘 要: 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)大鼠肝脏的抗氧化能力。方法建立甲亢大鼠模型,采用酶法测定甲亢组和正常组大鼠肝脏匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果甲亢组大鼠肝脏SOD和GPX活性与正常组比较明显降低(t=2.38,P<0.05;t=4.41,P<0.01),而MDA含量则明显升高(t=6.34,P<0.01)。结论甲亢大鼠肝脏抗氧化能力明显下降。 Objective To study the antioxidation action in the liver of rats with hyperthyroidism. Methods An animal model of rat with hyperthyroidism was established and hepatic SOD, MDA and GPX were detected by enzymology method. Results The content of SOD and GPX of hyperthyroidism group was significantly lower than that of the normal group (t=2.38, P〈0.05;t= 4. 41, P〈0.01), while the content of MDA of hyperthyroidism group was significantly higher than that of the normal group (t=6.34,P〈0. 01). Conclusion The antioxidation action of the liver decreased significantly in rats with hyperthyroidism.
