摘　　要： 介绍微波加热设备的基本结构原理,根据微波加热技术在食品保鲜中应用的实际及其产品加热升温的规律,提出了用DSP控制微波加热设备的理论依据,实现物料温度的实时在线控制,确保物料接受的辐照剂量的设计方案. It introduces the basic structure of the microwave heating equipment. According to the application in food＇s preserving of the microwave heating equipment and the law of the food＇s temperature increase, it develops the scheme which realizes the real-time control of the material temperature and ensures the irradiation dose of the material.
