摘　　要： 从家具行业专业人才待遇、人才需求、科研开发、高校专业设置和教学体系等方面,分析了导致家具行业人才流失和匮乏的主要原因。指出中国家具行业未来的竞争力是人力资源,只有建立健全专业人才队伍,才能保证我国家具工业的可持续发展。 The lack of expertise, especially in product design and marketing, has severely restricted the development of Chinese furniture industry. The authors suggest that the government sectors, universities/research institutions and companies join hands to establish a better system to solve the problem for sustainable development of furniture industry in China.
