摘 要: 采用数字图像处理技术,结合一些数据处理方法量化图片信息,分析了长方体泡沫铝试件在准静态压缩条件下的即时相对密度变化和纵截面孔隙率分布及变化情况.用该方法得到的即时相对密度具有一定的稳定性,且与前期工作的结果相吻合;加载时,随着应变的增加,纵截面各部分的孔隙率都减少,变形发生在整个试件中,但整个纵截面上的孔隙率变化不均匀,上下两端孔隙率的变化率要低于中部,这主要与加载平台对试件两端的约束有关;随着应变的增加,孔隙率的变化率在整个纵截面上趋于均匀. This paper investigates the deformation characteristics of cuboid aluminum foam under quasi-static compression. In the investigation, the variation of the current relative density, the porosity distribution and porosity variation in the vertical section were all analyzed by means of digital-image processing technology. Some data-processing methods were also adopted to quantify the image information. Thus, stable current relative density was obtained, which is in good agreement with the results in previous studies. The results show that ( 1 ) the porosity in each part of the vertical section decreases with the increase of strain during the compression ; (2) the deformation occurs in the whole specimen ; ( 3 ) due to the restriction from the loading plates, the porosity is of an uneven varia- tion in the whole vertical section ; specifically, the porosity variation rate of the parts near the two ends is lower than that of the middle parts; and (4) with the increase of strain, the variation rate of porosity becomes even in the whole vertical section.
