摘 要: 阐述了一种能实现无级变速且具备车辆离合器及启动电机等装置的功能的系统——电磁耦合无级变速系统的结构和工作原理,在此基础上建立了系统的功率流等数学模型,经分析可知该系统能使发动机工作于较理想的工作点,并且其效率比常规级联式电传动系统的效率高.最后基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台将该系统应用于整车仿真,仿真结果表明了该系统的可行性. The electromagnetic continuously-variable transmission (EMCVT) system is a system that works as a continuously variable transmission and possesses the functions of the clutch and the starter motor of a vehicle. In this paper, the structure and operation principle of the EMCVT system are discussed, and some of its models inclu- ding the power-flow mathematical model are then constructed. By analyzing the established model, it is shown that the EMCVT system can enable the engine to work on an optimal fuel-economy point, with a higher efficiency than the conventional cascade system. The feasibility of the EMCVT system is finally verified by the Matlab/Simulink simulation of a vehicle.
