摘 要: 用甲醇、无水乙醇、乙醚、石油醚、丙酮、三氯甲烷6种溶剂提取的海芒果叶、枝条、树皮粗提物防治同安钮夜蛾。结果表明:6种溶剂的海芒果叶提取物的杀虫效果最好,其中乙醇提取物的毒杀效果最快,处理后第2天同安钮夜蛾的校正死亡率达100%;石油醚提取物的毒杀效果最慢,但处理第5天后同安钮夜蛾的校正死亡率也能达到64.59%。就6种溶剂比较而言,用乙醇提取叶、枝和树皮的毒杀效果最好,其次是乙醚,石油醚提取物的效果最差。 The leaves, branches and barks of Cerbera manghas extracted by solvents of carbinol, dehydrated alcohol, aether, petroleum ether, acetone, and trichloromethane were used to control Anua indiscriminate. Results show that the leaf extract has the best insecticidal effect, and the leaf extract by alcohol has an immediate insecticidal effect bacause the correct mortality of A. indiscriminate on the second day after the treatment reached 100 percent. The extract by petroleum ether has the slowest insecticidal effect, but the correct mortality of A. indiscriminate on the fifth day after the treatment could also reach 64.59 percent. Among the solvents, the insecticidal effects of alcohol extracts are the best, and then followed by aether extracts and petroleum ether extracts in order.
