摘 要: 人机工程设计是工业设计研究中一个非常重要的课题,对人的关注是永恒不变的标准。而辅助与指导数控机床虚拟造型中人机工程的设计与匹配还需要更直观的“人”参与进来。利用二维人体模型,模拟各种人的作业姿势,直观的求出人机相对位置的有关设计参数,为合理布置人机系统提供依据。 The Ergonomics Design is a very important subject on industrial design research, following the whole evolution process of design. In the Ergonomic, the concern about people is eternal standards that will never be changed, Therefore, the primary task in Ergonomic is the study on people. To assist and guide the design and match of the Ergonomics in the NC machine virtual design, it needs more intuitionistic "people" to participate in. Utilize these two-dimensional human modeling, to imitate postures of working of different people and get the relevant design parameters in the man-machine relative position, offer the reliable condition for assigning the man-machine system rationally.
