摘　　要： 探讨了区域产业链的理论基础、形成因素与动力机制,指出构建区域产业链符合区域经济系统理论、劳动地域分工理论的思想和产业组织优化的要求,有利于建立区域之间及企业之间的新型关系,优化资源配置,提高产业效率;区域产业链的形成与发展受到自然资源、区位条件、产业基础、地域文化、产业技术、政策与制度、历史事件与机遇等因素的综合影响;强调区域产业链是一个自组织系统,区域产业链的构建应遵循产业自身发展的规律和市场机制运行的要求。 The theoretical foundation, formative factors and dynamical mechanism of regional industrial chains are discussed in this paper. It is pointed out that constructing regional industrial chain accords with the ideas of the theories of regional economic system and regional labour division, and with the demand of optimizing industrial organization, it is advantageous to construct new relations between regions and enterprises, optimize resources collocation and improve the industrial efficiency. The formation and development of regional industrial chains will be affected synthetically by natural resources, location, foundation of industry, regional cultures, production technologies, policies and systems, historical affairs and opportunities. It is also emphasized that the regional industrial chain is a self-organized system; the project of constructing regional industrial chains should follow the laws of industrial development and the demands of market mechanism operation.
