摘　　要： 工作流管理系统是一个软件系统,它完成工作流的定义和管理,并按照在计算机中预先定义好的工作流逻辑推进工作流实例的执行。客户端程序负责管理所有与工作流引擎的沟通,并为用户提供简易、以优先级排列并可自行定义的任务清单。鉴于绝大多数工作流管理系统的客户端功能比较薄弱,针对原有工作流管理系统客户端的不足提出改进的实现模型。通过认真研究工作流参考模型接口二,提出的客户端自动化分类技术提高了客户端个性化程度,使用户在利用工作流管理系统时效率得以提高。同时对任务分类的改进算法,使预分类的效果更加精确。 Workflow management system （WFMS） is a soitware system, which finishes workflow＇s definition and management. WFMS is a kind of programs through which clients can join to process business. Client program takes charge to communicate with workflow engine. An easy work list which is ranked by majority is provided and is defined by clients. In view of a majority of WFMS client function＇s weakness, an improved method is put forward. Through studying the interface 2 of workflow reference model, the new model uses portal and clustering to advance the effect of client. The new model＇s technology of automatically classify improves level of client personalization. This function improve the efficiency when the clients use workflow management system. At the same time, an improved arithmetic is put forward for classify of the tasks, which make the result more accurate. The concern-vector is introduced to meet the clients＇ real needs more efficiently.
