摘 要: 综述了近年来红曲及其活性物质在食品、药品等方面的应用研究状况,及其工业化生产现况,并阐述了桔霉素问题目前的研究进展,最后对红曲的研发方向提出了几点建议。 This paper introduces research advance of red kojic rice and the application of its bioactive substances in food and medicine.
