摘　　要： 新时期高校图书馆事业的发展,对图书馆馆员提出了更高的要求。不断提高图书馆员的综合素质,关乎高校图书馆的服务质量和管理水平,是高校图书馆员队伍建设稳步发展的需要；同时,也是新时期高校图书馆事业发展的需要。 With the development of Academic Library in new era, librarians are being put into a higher level. Improving librarians comprehensive quality unceasingly is concerning about the library service and its management level, is the need of the development of library personnel troop construction with steady steps and the new era of Academic Library.
