摘　　要： 采用石蜡切片和H.E染色法,通过光镜对莫桑比克罗非鱼中脑视顶盖的组织学结构进行了观察.莫桑比克罗非鱼中脑分背部与腹部两部分,整个背部为视顶盖部分,腹部为中脑基部,视顶盖和中脑基部之间是中脑室.莫桑比克罗非鱼视顶盖由内向外可分为6层:第1层围脑室层;第2层中央纤维层;第3层中央细胞层;第4层表面纤维层;第5层视神经层;第6层边缘层.同时对莫桑比克罗非鱼中脑视顶盖与其他脊椎动物的结构特点进行了比较. The histological structure of optic lobe in mozambique tilapia, Tilapia mossambica was studied by microscope. From dorsal to ventral, the optic lobe can be divided into two parts： optic tectum and tegmentum. From medial to lateral, the optic tectum includes six layers： stratum periventriculare （SPV）, stratum album central （SAC）, stratum griseum central （SGC）, stratum fibrosum et griseum superficiale （SFGS）, stratum opticum （SO） and stratum marginal （SM）. The characters of optic tectum in mozambique tilapia were compared with other vertebrate animals.
