摘 要: 知识的转型必将引发职业能力开发模式的革命,而有关知识的问题从本质上说更是一个哲学问题。从哲学的角度看,无论是显性知识,还是缄默知识,都是构成职业能力的重要组成部分,而知识的情境性、个体性和建构性,决定了职业能力开发必须注重真实情境下的实践锻炼和传统学徒制的当代价值。 The transformation of knowledge must arose the revolution of professional ability development model, and the problem relative to knowledge is much more a philosophical problem in essence. In the view of philosophy, whether apparent knowledge or recessive knowledge are all important composition of professional abilities, and the complexion, individualization and construction of knowledge decide that the development of professional abilities must pay attention to the practical exercise under real situation and the contemporary value of traditional apprenticeship.
