摘　　要： 提高师资队伍专业化水平必须首先培养教师的职业精神。高职院校应逐步建立"教师资格认证标准";与"标准"相联系,实施"直通车工程",打通校企人力资源共享的通道;提高师资队伍国际化和专业化水平;实施"教师职业精神培养计划",建设素质一流的教师团队。 To enhance the professionalization level of teaching staff must firstly cultivate their professional spirit. Higher vocational schools should gradually build ＂teachers qualification identification standard＂; connecting with the standard, implement the＂direct joint programme＂, and get through the pathway of human resource share between school and enterprise; enhance the international and professionalized level of teaching staff; carry out＂teachers＂ professional spirit cultivation plan＂, and build the teacher group of topranking quality.
