摘　　要： 我国现行的研究生招生制度存在着计划管理方式滞后、招生周期过长、考试科目设置不合理、复试环节不够重视、第二志愿劳而无功、网上调剂系统不完善等问题。短期的改革办法是计划与市场结合、简化考试程序且缩短招生周期、调整考试科目设置、强化复试环节的作用、取消第二志愿、完善网上调剂系统等;长远的改革办法是实行招考分离的国家主导型模式,完全尊重导师和招生单位的自主权。 Many problems exist in the current graduate-admisson system in China, such as lagging management mode, long admitting cycle, unreasonable examing subjects, ignoring retrial tache, fruitless second-will, imperfect network-adjusting system and so on. And the short-term reform, lies in： combining plan with market, simplizing exam procedure, shortening admitting cycle, adjusting exam subjects, strengthening retrial tache, cancelling second-will and consummating network-adjusting system. While the long-term reform is to separate admitting from examing with government-led mode and respect the self- determination power of supervisors and admission units.
