摘 要: 利用计算流体力学对两种不同流道形状的PDC钻头头部的三维流场进行了数值模拟.流场的网格划分采用混合网格形式,保证了计算精度和计算速度的要求.对两种钻头模拟结果表明,流道形状的改变对钻头流场存在较为明显的影响.通过对钻头表面和流场中截面的静压云图和速度矢量图的对比分析表明,改变了流道形状的钻头2的流场明显优于钻头1的流场,且模拟结果得到了实验的验证. Computational fluid dynamics technique was applied to process numerical simulations of three-dimensional fluid fields of two PDC bit with different flow path designs. Fluid fields were meshed by mixed grids, which possess better precision and higher calculation speed. The results indicate the low-speed zones, the reverse flow zones, and the stagnant low zone of bit fluid fields. Moreover, the results show that there are obvious effects of different flow paths on PDC bit fluid fields.
