摘　　要： 城市交通管理的目的是使路网中的交通流有序流动,城市交通流状态的有序程度分析是交通管理的基础。提出了一种交通流有序度分析的方法,利用该方法计算的模拟路网交通流有序度,能紧随交通状态变化,其有序度数值的大小,反应了路网的有序程度,可以利用有序度来判别交通状态的理想程度,从而作为交通管理的决策依据。 The aim of urban traffic management is to make the traffic flow in order. Order degree analysis for the urban traffic flow is the basis of the traffic management. A new method to analyze and calculate urban traffic flow order degree was put forward. The simulation results indicate that order degree value calculated by the method can respond to the traffic congested state ,and to the order degree of the traffic network. The research provides reference for traffic management decision-making.
