摘 要: 用超声波化学法合成了纳米铁酸钴(CoFe2O4)粉末,并用XRD、TEM、红外光谱对产品的纯度、结晶度,粒径以及内部形态及结构进行了分析表征。结果表明:当r(Co:Fe)为1:2时,超声频率为24.45kHz,超声辐射45min时,得到了粒径为10~20nm的铁酸钴纳米粉末。其文、风分别为32.18Am^2/kg和1.48×10^4A/m。 Nano CoFe2O4 powders were synthesized by the sonochemical method. The phase identification, crystallinity, and morphology of the prepared samples were characterized by XRD, TEM and infrared spectrometry (IR). The results show that the prepared samples are 10-20 nm CoFe2O4 powders which have high purity, good crystallinity and narrow particle size distribution when Co:Fe mole ratio is 1:2, ultrasound frequency is 24.45 kHz and reaction time is 45 min. The δs and Hc of the nanopowders are 32.18 Am^2/kg and 1.48 × 10^4 A/m, respectively.
