摘 要: 在制粉系统的运行中,三次风温和三次风率往往不能同时满足设计值,磨煤机再循环风门开度直接影响三次风温和三次风率。为了解磨煤机再循环风门开度对锅炉炉膛温度、飞灰含碳量以及高温受热面壁温的影响,特进行了专项试验。试验表明三次风率的大小对锅炉燃烧的影响较大,较佳的磨煤机再循环风门开度可以提高锅炉的经济性和安全性。 In the operation of coal pulverizing system,the tertiary air temperature and ratio cannot usually satisfy the designed value at the same time,while the damper opening degree of recirculation air of coal mill affects directly the tertiary air temperature and ratio.In order to reveal the impacts of the recirculation air damper opening degree of mill on the boiler furnace temperature,carbon content of fly ash and wall temperature of high temperature heating surface,the specal tests were carried out.The tests show that,the tertiary air ratio has more influence on the boiler combustion,while the preferable opening degree of mill recirculation air damper may improve the economics and safety of boiler.
