摘　　要： 运用因子分析法对8家公立综合性医院的整体绩效进行评价,从其2005年度14个主要绩效指标中提取了5个具有一定含义的因子,用它们代表各医院的整体绩效,根据每家医院的因子得分情况对其整体绩效排序。 Using factor analysis, this paper evaluates the comprehensive performance of 8 Synthesize State-owned Hospitals. From 14 major performance indicators in these hospitals＇ 2005 performance statements, 5 factors that have certain meanings are extracted, and they can represent the comprehensive performance of these hospitals. Accrding to the factor scoring results, we rank their comprehensive performances.
