摘　　要： 概述了“一卡通”系统及其主要功能进行,详细论述了“一卡通”系统的应用给高校图书馆管理模式带来的改革与创新,并且简略讨论了“一卡通”系统使用中应注意的问题以及如何加强高校图书馆的改革以适应“一卡通”管理的需要。 This paper has introduced the concept and function of ＂All-in-One-Card＂ system, stated in detail the reform and innovation brought by All-in-One-Card＂ system in university libraries, and briefly discussed the problems in the use of the ＂All-in-One-Card＂ system. Finally, it has put forward proposals to enhance university library reform so as to meet the demand of ＂All-in-One-Card＂ management.
