摘　　要： 正席卷全球的新技术革命极大地影响着女性的就业结构与就业模式。女性就业向第三产业加速转移,就业角色不断被拓展,自营人数不断增多,从事灰色经济的群体也不断扩大。 The new and overwhelmed-globe technology revolution has been exerting great influences on women＇s occupational structure and mode. On the aspect of the former, women labor forces are accelerating the transfer to third industry, regional differen- tiation has highlighted and women＇s occupations have been expanded. As for the latter, the figure of women bosses is increasing and the informal employment group engaging in gray economy is booming.
